Demographics: Good mix with landed, condos and HDB dwellers
Operating Hours: 9am to 11pm Daily (Inclusive of PH), with 4-5 pax on rotational shift basis.
Takeover fees applies, including the discharge of the security deposit. Includes all existing assets and stocks. Estimated 180-200k. Had spent near to 30k to rewire and also plaster the previous wall condition. Comes with existing staff (4 pax rotational).
New owner will need to apply tobacco and beer license but can use our license during transition.
